Overall Great Resort Stay

Liked: The condo was spacious and clean. We got clean towels and garbage thrown out every day. We also like the ease of an outdoor and indoor waterpark for the kids for all ages. There were plenty of activities to keep family entertained, such as movie night, making smores at outdoor fire pits, and crafts for kids. Staff were friendly and helped when needed.
Disliked: Our room refrigerator was working well, making everything frozen and knob was broken so we couldn't change temperature. There was not enough ventilation in the indoor waterpark area; the chlorine smell was very strong.

Lifeguard, meh.

Liked: The camp fire smores was lovely.
Disliked: I was not entirely too impressed with the lifeguard. He made it harder with us having 2 under 2. For example, we came last year, and we were allowed to use the infant float. This year, we now have another baby, and he told us absolutely not. So we basically were not able to use the indoor pool. I'm all about following the rules, but I did not see that rule listed.

Liked: Location was great, value good, liked amenities for the kids. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Construction was loud. TV in the living room would connect to the apps, staff member said it was an issue with Comcast, but bedroom TV worked just fine. No restaurant on sight.
