Very disappointing experience – poor...

Disliked: We booked 4 nights but had to cut our stay short due to an unexpected change in our flight back to Spain. When we informed the front desk, a young man told us there was nothing he could do since the reservation had been made through Booking. After contacting Booking ourselves, the representative was very understanding and agreed to issue a refund for the unused night—but only if the hotel approved it.We returned to the reception, only to be told that the manager was on vacation and could not be reached by phone. Despite promising to resolve the issue within 48 hours, they never got back to us, and the refund was never processed. This level of customer service is unacceptable.In addition to this frustrating experience, the resort itself is outdated. The rooms are poorly maintained, the breakfast is very basic with limited options, and the overall food and beverage services are insufficient for a place that calls itself a resort.We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Liked: Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. First time, in a long time that I was able to sleep in.
Disliked: The hiking trails need to be better marked. If the trail didn't go by the road I may have got lost. The cable was a little wonky as well.

Liked: The resort was gorgeous. All the facilities were well kept, and we thoroughly enjoyed our drive around the resort’s large footprint. We loved the fitness center. Basketball, tennis, pickleball, workout room, bowling… it had everything. All of the employees that we met were friendly, and our breakfast was delicious. We can’t wait to go back.

Liked: Everything was great besides the actual room. Room was absolutely disgusting.
Disliked: The room. It’ll only let me put in 4 photos but I have 10 of disgusting things.
