Liked: Fabulous breakfast with options to suit all tastes. Full English was perfect for me.The room was very good, clean and well presented.Location is 5 minutes from the sea front and centrally located to most attraction.
Disliked: What I would say is the food was excellent but you may struggle if you don't like seafood. Not a problem for me and like I saaid the food was excellent.

Exceptional

Nice hotel with lovely staff

Liked: Very nice hotel for one night. Excellent location for town centre. The refurbishment when finished will be very nice indeed. Very nice restaurant for breakfast. The staff very delightful and nothing was too much trouble to sort. The room was nicely furnished and the showroom was very good.
Disliked: In the standard room the bed was only a 4'6" , and whilst OK for one night I would want a bigger room and bed if staying longer. Parking not the most ideal and in the height of the season would probably cause a severe problem

Perfect location and good value...

Liked: Breakfast was included and perfect location
Disliked: Had a slight issue with heating the room. Electric heater seemed to take hours to warm up the room. Got there in the end though. But that wouldn’t put me off staying there again

A premium hotel experience in...

Liked: Very smart room, comfortable seats and bed, everything you could want in a hotel room is provided, the fish tank was a nice premium touch and not too distracting when trying to sleep. Staff very pleasant and helpful too.
Disliked: There was no late checkout option that is my only criticism on the stay. I’d suggest making check in time later in the afternoon/evening and allowing a later checkout time on these premium rooms.

It was ok

Disliked: You said parking it’s not till you pay that you find out it’s zone parking and very difficult to get near the hotel. Thought you served breakfast till 10.30 but it was 9.45. We had the top floor and there was definitely plumbing problems.
