All in all good experience...

Liked: Location was super, staff were very nice and helpful, walking distance to major attractions and very convenient to Heathrow.
Disliked: Very small and pretty basic room, super noisy from outside

Cozy retreat in busy neighborhood

Liked: Very quiet despite construction and the packed pubs down the street. The staff was lovely and kind. We stayed in the lower level which was very comfortable and cozy.

Very good

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to lots of nice spots.
Disliked: Our room was tiny! Halls were very dark - Painted black.

Great location, lovely rooms, excellent...

Liked: Great location, quiet. Staff were fantastic, for some reason we had two twins instead of a twin snd double (probably my fault) but they sorted it out. Really excellent, would definitely go back.
