Superb

Liked: Great location. It was very easy to get around to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff at The Resident were fantastic. Great recommendations.
Disliked: There were three adults in our room and it was a little tight for us. But still a good experience.

Fantastic start to a UK...

Liked: Great location, very comfortable, lovely staff, happy hour drinks provided by hotel each evening where you met and chatted with other guests. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend. Very close to Elizabeth line on underground from airport - 3 minutes walk.

AMAZING!

Liked: Everything was fantastic! Absolutely lovely staff that were always so welcoming and helpful! The rooms were lovely, modern and very clean. Great location - within walking distance of many attractions! Would highly recommend this hotel! After a long flight from Australia it was the best welcome to London! Would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Nothing - everything was amazing!
