A perfect stay — central...

Liked: We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was incredibly central — everything needed was just a short walk away.The room was spotless and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well-kept. The staff were absolutely lovely & welcoming. The little welcome card was a really nice touch. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel more. I’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent location, comfortable and quiet

Liked: Location was excellent for the main sights we wanted to visit. Though in a very busy area of the city, the room was incredibly quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The hotel has no catering facilities and a small lounge area. Offset by there being a huge range of restaurants/clubs etc within walking distance.

Quiet and comfortable hotel in...

Liked: Excellent location, right in the heart of lively Ropewalks area, but once inside the hotel couldn’t hear any of sound from the local bars. Also well located for a short walk to the shopping centre , docks and Matthew Street. Very clean and comfortable hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing

Very friendly and helpful staff...

Liked: When we arrived room was to small , my fault, but the girl on reception changed for £20 for 3 nights the room was Lovley , fridge kettle coffee machine and pods , Lovley comfy bed , bath and shower and Moulton and brown shower gel , shampoo and conditioner and body cream , the Thursday night there was free drinks in reception for an hour and crisps again a Lovley touch , 6-7 pm , money off at other places to eat when you stay in this hotel , well done everyone we will return
