Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Liverpool. The location is excellent—just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot.The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with any requests.Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers great value and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Liverpool city center.

Disliked: I’ve stayed before and have never had an issue with noise but on this occasion there was a stag party or similar on the corridor … despite that, I didn’t hear them later on at night, just up to about half 9pm.

Liked: Lovely spacious room that was perfect for our family of 4 - 2 adults & 2 children. Location was amazing, so close to shopping & food areas. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful!

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be really helpful, particularly Maria on reception who went out of her way to ensure that my daughter and I had a smooth transition to and from the Lana Del Rey gig at Anfield. When we arrived back late at night the reception felt very safe and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and very clean.
