Liked: Comfortable quiet room, friendly and helpful reception staff, good location with Bold Street close by for cafes and restaurants - loved Leaf, Maray and nearby Villa Romana.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: It was a very easy walk to train stations, lots of food places to choose from just streets away. The Resident itself is beautiful and clean the room was a good size for a couple and comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Liked: Excellent staff, great quality products in the bathroom, good nespresso machine and capsules, my favourite quality tea selection. Details matter!Also , the room was clean and the hotel at the most convenient location for transportation and fun

Liked: i don't normal leave reviews as i get emails every other day asking for them as i travel that much, i just don't have the time leaving reviews. however on this occasion i thought its not only worthy of a review but certainly needs a recommendation as the place was much better than expected. from staff at the reception to the cleanliness of the place and rooms. 5 star place for 3 star money
