A short but lovely stay

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Right in the centre of Liverpool, great location for going out. The rooms were clean and had a lovely design.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Everything. The room was quiet, well equipped and the beds comfortable.The staff were courteous, friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.They made our stay exceptional.Next time time we stay in Liverpool It will be at the Resident Hotel

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The happy hour in the foyer was a nice touch and great that it was complimentary. Also the kitchen facilities were great compared to other competing hotels
Disliked: There was no bath mat available in the bathroom which caused me to slip in the shower unfortunately. I’m aware you can ask for one but as I’m disabled this wasn’t possible

Hidden Gem

Liked: Fantastic room with everything I needed... TV allowed me to cast, brilliant
Disliked: It was perfect... better than expected, location perfect for the amazing Italian I eat in 10 out 10

Liked: Very centrally located and it was very clean and comfortable.The main reception area is quiet and I was able to get some work done, very comfortable with lovely staff
