We were very happy with...

Liked: It was very comfortable, and all necessary amenities were provided. The staff were all great and very helpful, especially “Gemma.” The lounge area was cozy, and the free glass of wine every evening in the lounge allowed you to get acquainted with other guests. It was a great touch and I went every evening. The location was excellent.
Disliked: Price.

Good location, but this particular...

Liked: Location, close to Earl’s Court tube station
Disliked: I did not like the lay-out of the room. When I arrived I seriously had to think about where to put my suitcase. There was very little space…..and this for a King Room! I have stayed at this hotel before, a King Room every time. Every time the room I get is worse. And they do not allow you to ask beforehand if you can stay in a specific room. I stayed in 112. It was a good thing that the weather was good, because I am sure the room would not be warm enough in cold weather. The window is single glazing, it seems (I know, very unusual these days) and there can be a slight draught. I have already booked (and paid for)this hotel for October. Hope they will NOT put me in room 112 again. And for future stays……there are lots of other hotels in Earl’s Court.
