Liked: The staff are helpful and go out of their way to help. The Molton Brown toiletries are a very nice touch.
Disliked: The safe deposit box of our room needs to be updated to a new one. It's erratic.

Liked: The hotel itself is lovely, very warm and cosy. As a solo traveler the room fit me just fine, and having a kitchenette at my disposal was priceless. The bed was very comfortable, some people may find it too small for 2. The neighborhood is also very quiet and friendly if traveling on your own.

Absolutely loved it

Liked: We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and we had some surprise guests arrive for the event. I asked for the staff discretion and requested they decorate the room. We arrive to a beautifully decorated room and an exceptionally pleasant team. Victoria was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this hotel
