Lively stay and would definitely...

Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly. Location for Theatre shows and Covent Garden great.

Incredible!

Liked: Very attentive staff, knew us by name, wanted to help us have the best memories, provided a beautiful room and complimentary balloons, card and chocolate for my mum. Also early check In. The whole atmosphere was amazing.

Helpful friendly staff, great location...

Liked: Great location! Travelled for a show in Adelphi Theatre (1 minute walk from hotel!) lots of cafes and restaurants c on the doorstep!
Disliked: No issues at all, definitely don’t know there was no in property dining but no big deal!

Perfect location for a London...

Liked: Had never stayed in Covent Garden, but will do so again. Easy and safe walk to the West End Theaters and several tube stations. Lovely nearby restaurants, including and Excellent dinner at “Frog.” Convenient Kitchenette.
Disliked: Perfect for the weekend but the snug, well designed rooms my feel too small for a couple for many more days- especially if you need to work.

A fantastic hotel based in...

Liked: The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, explaining the hotel to us. One of the receptionists walked us to the lift and explained everything we needed to know about the amenities.Also, a special mention needs to be made about how comfy the bed and pillows were - best night sleep in a long time.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was great
