Excellent Hotel convenient for a...

Liked: The location was fantastic Covent Garden just around the corner. On the strand you could walk anywhere.
Disliked: Would have preferred a view from the window. Saying that it was really quiet and slept really well in the comfy beds.

A memorable stay for all...

Liked: The staff were the highlight of our stay!From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and consistently received professional, personalised service throughout our visit. Every request we made was met with kindness and handled promptly. The exceptional service and positive attitude of the staff were so impressive that we rebooked our two-night stay on our way home—purely because of them. Their dedication and work ethic truly made our experience unforgettable.
Disliked: Nothing! A modern boutique hotel, tastefully renovated, both cosy and charming.

A perfect stay in the...

Liked: The location was excellent, just a few minutes from Covent Garden and very central for exploring London. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. We also appreciated the small kitchen area which was very convenient.
Disliked: The room was a bit small, but overall it was very well designed and comfortable, so it wasn’t a major issue.

Most enjoyable stay. Will definitely...

Liked: Location amazing - few minutes walk from Covent Garden, and lots of restaurants, 2 tube stations very close. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Fantastic to be able to arrive very early and leave our bags. On check out day - also left our bags and collected them in the evening
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect
