Fabulous

Liked: All staff were fabulous and genuinely cared about us and our stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, no hot water in the morning, so cold showers. Not ideal.

Very friendly & helpful staff.

Liked: Room with a balcony really lovely to have fresh air in the middle of London. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Great shower the finish of the rooms was perfect. I’m a designer so I noticed all the details well done to everyone. I will be back .
Disliked: Just reception area very small.

Great location , quite comfortable...

Liked: I chose this hotel based on the excellent customer service reviews and am grateful to say all 100% accurate! Very communication prior to arrival was friendly and prompt and helpful. We arrived early and were fortunately able to get into one of our rooms very early- super friendly and accommodating about that. Every time we walked in or out the door we were greeted with a warm smile and hello by the front desk staff no matter who was there. Loved the big bowl or candy at the desk - small things can go a long way especially when paying high prices. The rooms were well appointed, space well utilized - we were mainly in the rooms just for sleep and transitions between activities so it wasn’t important to be too big - very comfortable bed, big enough bathroom and quiet. Locationof hotel excellent to get anywhere on foot or subway at the same time being very quiet- especially if room not in street side - only then if window was open did you hear noise at night.
Disliked: Everything was great!
