Liked: Great location, very nice spacious rooms, and great value.
Disliked: Old carpet in the bedrooms.

Inviting room, disappointing stay

Liked: Spacious and comfortable room, helpful hotel staff.
Disliked: Booking.com confirmed that the room had a balcony, which was the main reason we booked this accommodation, followed by the inviting-looking swimming pool. We wrote a message to the hotel, especially requesting a balcony with a good view, but were not informed that the booked room had no balcony. The swimming pool was closed for the duration of our stay. The hotel staff was very helpful but another room with a balcony was not available. They offered to cancel the booking with no charge, but we couldn't find an alternative so late on a weekend in June, so we stayed. We were also annoyed that our room had only one wine glass and the front desk was not able to find an additional one. They did offer a small discount for our stay which, for us, was not a consolation.

Disliked: Needs a deep clean & redecoratedIt’s Dated & drab. Needs lighter new paint,Furniture. It’s luxurious on the exterior & disappointing inside. There was mold in the showers. Furniture had stains on the dining & coffee tables & needs to be replaced.

Large suite good for families,...

Liked: The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The location was good. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: Windows for not well shaded so it was quite bright in the mornings. Road noise was loud. The floors were sticky, the pool was closed for maintenance on a beautiful warm Saturday which was very frustrating since we promised our kids we could go to the pool, the toilet was not well affixed to the floor, dish soap provided was in an open cup, there was only one extra blanket despite three beds.
