The Spotlight on The Residences at Biltmore - Asheville

Spacious, Stylish, and Steps from the Asheville Sound

Modern yet cozy, The Residences at Biltmore - Asheville offers all-suite accommodations right in the heart of Biltmore Village. Whether you're heading to a show downtown or exploring the artsy vibes of Asheville, this aparthotel blends comfort with convenience. Each suite includes a full kitchen, sleek stainless steel appliances, and a flat-screen TV—making it feel more like a home base than a hotel room. Plus, with free WiFi, an outdoor pool, hot tub, and on-site fitness center, you’re set up for pre-show energy or post-show relaxation.

Why Concert-goers love it

Location is a major win here. You're just a short Uber or drive away from Asheville's major concert venues and the River Arts District, home to live performances and local art. After a night out, the quiet residential setting and spacious suites make it easy to wind down. Flexible check-in at 4:00 PM and early check-out at 7:00 AM work well for those on the move, and the 24-hour concierge is a nice bonus for last-minute plans or a celebratory bottle of bubbly.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends looking for shared suites and space to hang
  • Solo travelers chasing a dream tour stop
  • Couples making a romantic weekend of a show
  • Fans wanting a quieter post-concert recovery space
  • Budget-conscious music lovers seeking good value for larger accommodations

Food and Drink Options

While there’s no full-service restaurant on-site, each suite's full kitchen is perfect for late-night bites or pre-show snacks. You’ll find plenty of walkable dining options in Biltmore Village, and late-night eats are just a short drive away. No breakfast buffet here, but you can whip up your own brunch at your pace the next morning.

Nightlife Options

Though the hotel itself is more about relaxing than raging, you're minutes from Asheville’s vibrant nightlife scene. From laid-back breweries and rooftop bars to live music venues in the River Arts District and downtown, there's no shortage of spots to keep the night going.

What People Say

Guests love the spacious suites, especially for groups, and the quiet location that still feels close to everything. The full kitchens and private balconies (in some units) are frequent highlights. Many reviewers mention it's a great base for both concerts and exploring the Biltmore Estate.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests have noted that the property is slightly dated in places and that check-in can feel impersonal. Housekeeping isn’t daily, so don’t expect hotel-style service every day—but most find the trade-off worth it for the space and privacy.

The Bottom Line

If you're after roomy, apartment-style comfort with easy access to Asheville's music scene, The Residences at Biltmore hits all the right notes.

Incredibly uncomfortable unsanitary and disgusting.

Liked: I do not know how this place could get any even remotely favorable reviews. It was absolutely disgustingly filthy. The carpets were stained terrible bad all of the outlets were dirty. Everything was filthy. The most disgusting place I've ever stayed.
Disliked: There is nothing to like.

Superb

Liked: The location and the amenities. We were closely located to everything we wanted to do & explore. The Biltmore was our main attraction and we were less than 5 minutes from main entrance. Downtown was not much mire of a drive either. Bathroom was large and plenty of living and kitchen space. Pretty much everything you would need foe a long stay. However we were only there 2 nights so we didn't need much. Just wanted to be comfortable. Which we were. Also enjoyed eating on the balcony.
Disliked: Not really much I didn't like. The thermostat would only let us set the temp for roughly 3 hours then it would set back to 68. It was summer when we stayed but it wasnt the hottest of weather that weekend. Highs were mid 70s so 68 was in the cold side. We eneded up swithing it to heat mode. The elevator was down on our section but I don't fault them for that. Things break, and can take time to repair pending on parts and all. We were missing an ironing board but again not the worst thing. We did have an iron in the room. Lastly or only real valid point is the walls are a tad on the then side. But, so are most hotels. You could hear the neighboring unit sometimes open their sliding closet door and hear the water in the walls or someone above at times. If you live in an apartment with neighbors then it wouldnt bother you at all. Not a deal breaker as it wasn't often. Would Definitely stay again. These were small things and we still loved our stay.

Very comfortable for families/extended stays

Liked: The apartment was really comfortable, there was a TV in the living room, and plenty of seating. The full kitchen and balcony were nice.
Disliked: The sofa bed was not comfortable, and the hot tub wasn’t working. The pool lights were all off even before the pool closed, which was creepy.

Last min ashville trop.

Liked: The condo was very nice. The furniture was very outdated, yet very clean. There was a lot of room in the condo and everything I could ask for. The best part was the king-size bed. It was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Compared to the hotels, it was very reasonable!
Disliked: The address took me to a different hotel. Then, the registration area was not easy to find. I had to ride around and finally found someone to ask sbout the location.. Upon arrival to my condo, it had a strong smell of marijuana. I am highly allergic to it, so I had to wear a mask going in and out of the unit. Lastly, the hot tub in the pool area was closed, dug up and taped off. I had asked about specifically about the pool and hot tub when booking the day before arrival and was not informed of the closer.
