Liked: The room was fantastic clean and so much more than expected for the price. We will be back, the location was good we walk to highline brewery and had drinks and a meal.

Good location but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Mattress was relatively comfortable.
Disliked: We had significant cleanliness issues with the room we were assigned to. The floors were sticky and dirty. The furniture was stained and the rug was sticky. The dishwasher did not work properly. Pillows were sweat stained and pillow cases were stained. We were assigned to a handicap accessible unit with a toddler in tow, which made bathing them difficult in a handicap shower that had no bath. When we booked the room, we did not ask for handicap accommodation and were under the impression there would be a bath tub. Parking situation is also very difficult

Liked: I love the property as a whole! The location, the view, the VALUE…is WONDERFUL! This is our 2 time and we’re already planning our next trip!
Disliked: I hate I forgot to take pictures, but the shower tiles need some serious cleaning(a spray bottle with bleach would do the trick)! The grout was moldy! Also the pillowcases need to be thrown out after overuse; we had a few cases that had that dingy white look to them; thank goodness we travel with our own pillows! Also the bees and wasps! The property is soooo infested that we weren’t even able to enjoy sitting on the patio until late at night. My recommendation is to treat and spray the grounds and holes in the structure.

Liked: Location is great right next to Biltmore Estate. Kitchen and patio were nice.
Disliked: Lots of noise from occupants above us and in the outside corridor. Beds were ok. Restaurant only served cocktails and small plates and not suitable for kids. Kitchen didn’t have enough cooking equipment or utensils. Glad I brought my own.
