Poor Wi-Fi

Liked: Bathroom was functional especially with my wife's disability plus the underfloor heating in the bathroom was good
Disliked: No WiFi connection despite my complaint to the vendor my message was ignored. We had login details with passwords however there was no connection. There were other stronger connections available but we didn't know the passwordsThe heating system wasn't working properly. The room was cold when we arrived and we tried adjusting the temperature but the blower on the system never altered anything until about an hour. This ruined the stay as we planned to stream some films while the weather confined us to the roomBreakfast was nice however overcooked sausages and cold things weren't kept cold

Comfortable room, friendly staff, but...

Liked: The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Great location for my onward journey the following day.
Disliked: Unfortunately, arrived at 7.40 pm due to traffic and although check in staff were helpful in organising a sandwich, I was n't expecting the restaurant to be closed. It is billed as a hotel and therefore, even though off season, I was not expecting the kitchen to have closed for the evening at 7.30pm. This should be made clear on booking.No USB charging port in the bedroom.
