A hotel that size and...

Disliked: Had to rebook a room to a night before. Could not reach the hotel for days. Eventually drove there in person with an Uber to talk to reception. Person at reception could not help me as receptionist had already left. Hotel was full by then, could not sleep there, had to book another hotel and still pay for that night despite the fact that I wasn’t staying there. Had I been able to reach them before, I might have been able to rebook. Told me that they would get back to me but never called. Very annoying

Liked: The grounds of the hotel are amazing and the view from the bar
Disliked: You have the impression that the hotel is high end standard from how the corridors are and the decoration but the toilets weren’t clean and the toilet paper wasn’t enough, the toilet paper holder was broken. The table we had our diner on was dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned, we also had to ask for napkins. The room had ceiling windows and no indications of how to close the curtains. The shampoo holder was empty in the room. The breakfast service and contents were very poor: fruits were limited to grapes, we had to ask for eggs as none there and no one was there to check. The pastries run out and weren’t replaced and the juice finished and not replaced. This was at 8:30 am. We had to go to reception to ask for someone to check the room number Service is poor and no attention to detail or to clients I would never come back
