Quad room for our family...

Liked: We reserved a quad room for our family of 4 which was amazing in terms of space. We had to rooms that were joined together with one bathroom. The location is a bit outside the city center, however it was easy to navigate with the metro. The cost was amazing for the size of our accommodations and we did not mind the metro/train ride. The room does have A/C although it was not super cool given some of the heat outside. The breakfast was great each morning. We were able to store our things on the day we were leaving in the provided lockers. We liked the close proximity to the food hall directly behind the hotel. There are also a number of attractions/activities in the close area if looking for close activities.

Liked: Hotel was right next to the metro station, so was easy to get around. Hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly when checking in.

Liked: The bath option is dangerous and slippery. My mother fell and could have seriously injured herself. The cleaning lady came to clean it around 5-6 p.m., knowing we were not in the room all day. The room is too small for two people. I also chose two single beds, but they gave me a double.
Disliked: This hotel is very well located, with a metro line that goes directly to the tourist spots. It's also quite safe. The decor is very nice.

Liked: The location was good. There was metro station and bus station right in front of the hotel as well as restaurants
Disliked: when we arrived at the hotel the linen was full of hair. the bathroom as well. breakfast was poor. the housekeeper took our bag full of used clothes even the bag wasnt close to the garbage bin. we asked at the reception they say that the bag was in the garbage bin so we have to ask for the manager lucky he was great he found the clothes and apologize for the mess.
