Liked: We got 2 rooms to connect, both were perfectly clean! Very nice to see also we found easy free parking behind the hotel!
Disliked: Staff were very rude starting from reception and breakfast hostese. Very lazy in their work and not friendly screaming on people. Also we reserved 2 separate beds but we got connected and on request to give us separate they said we dont have connected rooms with separate beds which was also not ok. Deposit taken for room also 100€. Also very bad choice of food for breakfast !!! For 4 stars hotel this is not good.

Liked: Small room but decent enough for a 3 day stay. The location is far from main attractions however there is a metro station located right next to the hotel. There is a McDonalds behind the hotel, other restaurants oposites and one attached to the hotel. There are grocery shops in the area, a small one opposite the hotel and a bigger maybe 10min walk
Disliked: The breakfast was very basic. Limited options, cereal, yogurt, the scrambled eggs were runny and cold along with the sausage. They were not kept in a food warmer tray. The croissants were stale also. Stayed in a the room with 2 single beds. For a four star hotel I would expect at least a mini fridge however there was none. The bathtub was dirty. Had streaks around the tub as though not been cleaned for a week or two. I complained and showed the receptionist pictures/videos he said he would send someone to clean it. The bathtub was not cleaned as the streaks were still there.

Liked: Bed was really comfy and big. Was very clean. We were lucky enough to have been allocated a family room so it made it feel biggerSome staff were absolutely brilliant
Disliked: Location is horrible. Lots of homeless people and beggars. 30 mins out of central Paris.The staff member who check us out wasn’t friendly at all either when I checked out of my room and when my daughter check out of hers. Rooms not the most spacious.Shower head broken and so not very effective
