Perfect location

Liked: The location. The staff - very friendly and helpful
Disliked: It was much too warm in the corridors. Why have heat on in the height of summer? Room was hot too but we managed to get the window open.

Nice Hotel in an Amazing...

Liked: The hotel is very nice and clean. I also loved the design; it is a little retro in a good way. The location is perfect! It is close to Hyde Park and museums, plus, there is a subway station really close, so it is very convenient to use the subway.Stuff is very nice and helpful.
Disliked: As for the things that could be improved, it is breakfast. There was not much variety; there were few fresh vegetables and fruit. Plus, the AC is a little noisy. All the rest is great!

Comfortable stay in an excellent...

Liked: Classic room quite small but very clean, comfortable and exceptionally quiet - top marks for the room and bathroom.Concierge was happy to keep our bags for a few hours after we checked out - this is appreciated. Welcoming staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but I don't like fetching my drink from a machine - a fresh pot of coffee would be preferable. Similarly, the buffet was ok with nice pastries but I don't like serving myself lukewarm pre-cooked eggs.

Disliked: As it was three of us, the sofa bed was opened and there was no room to move. The fridge was not on.

Liked: we enjoyed our stay - the room was very comfortable & clean. the personnel were helpful & friendly. the breakfast was delicious. the gym/pool etc was excellent
Disliked: could not open the window at all - we just wanted to open a tiny bit. the sauna & hammam were excruciatingly - skin burning - hot
