Excellent as always.

Liked: The Rembrandt is a wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly and professional, and go over and above to make all their guests feel welcome and at home. Love the hotel.

Superb

Liked: The location was perfect, the staff on the front desk were very good.
Disliked: Bar staff were not that friendly or attentive. One of the towels in our room had brown marks on them. But was changed as soon as mentioned.

An excellent hotel to choose....

Liked: Front of house staff were exceptional! Helpful, friendly, and definitely the best we have met. Position is fantastic.
Disliked: Room comfortable, but could do with a bit of modernisation - a Nespresso machine rather than kettle?Breakfast not as good as one would expect . Limited choices at the buffet, and difficult to get an omelette or poached eggs if you want them - no staff at the pass.

Tiny pool would not adviseSteep stairs to reach pool, staff at pool not very niceSwimming lessons on entire 2 hours we were in pool so only had use of 1/5 of pool and one woman hogged the entirety of that so we were unable to swim at all, jacuzzi hot but no bubbles staff told us that’s just way it is is not powerful at all, so let down.Mattresses either poor quality or very old but glad to leave as my back sore did not sleep wellBreakfast cold and almost inedible, would not recommend shame as chef obviously getting away with producing substandard food therefore chose not to attempt a dinner in hotel like we normally would have. Staff only interested in clearing your table felt very much part of a production line. Room in need of upgrading, I’m sure it was once in its day nice but not now. Fridge had no bars on doors were long gone, so only 2 wee shelves able to use should have been replaced. I feel bad leaving this review as I don’t leave poor reviews normally, but I do wish I had booked a different hotel.
