Comfortable, great staff, great location

Liked: Great location, good facilities and lovely staff.
Disliked: First room was far too hot despite aircon. Asked to be moved and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast choices disappointing

A fabulous central hotel and...

Liked: Excellent location and very good value for money, especially for such a central spot. We were able to check in and out in advance and to leave luggage before check-in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Our beds were a little close together. The main hotel toilets were down stairs and not easily accessible.

Really enjoyed the trip and...

Liked: Great location and staff were efficient and helpful. Breakfast was superb!! and early check in allowing us to dump are bags was really helpful.
Disliked: Room was slightly dated and the air con didn't work properly and even though it was April room was far to hot!

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Very clean room, just what we needed for a night.
Disliked: The hotel is in a great location. Ideal for the London museums and the Royal Albert Hall. Only a 5 minute walk to the tube station in South Kensington made it easy to get around London. We would definitely use it again.
