Great get away for our...

Liked: Very nice hotel, very clean, staff friendly. Food lovely.
Disliked: We booked a twin but the beds were together. We are good friends, but not that close. This could not be changed until the next day.

Superb

Liked: Very close to museums and tube station.
Disliked: £258 for 1 night is a little steep.Please mention policy on website that no kids in the pool after 3pm !!

Disappointing

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Small room. Getting into bed with a radiator in the way was difficult.First days breakfast stale croissants, second day okay No extractor fan in the bathroom No renewal of bottled water you have to stay five days to get a new bottle of water !We were woken early one morning with loud banging the lock to Customer’s room was apparently faulty.
