Disliked: The dining area is looking a bit tired. Needs an upgrade!

A great stay and lovely...

Liked: The staff was excellent. We used the concierge on the first night to get us a dinner reservation. They were so helpful and friendly. They greeted each day and asked if we needed any help. They made us feel very welcome! Location was so convenient for us. Easy to take the train from the airport to the Kensington stop (Harrod's) and then just a 10 ish min walk to the hotel. You're right across from the Victoria and Albert museum as well.

Liked: The breakfast was really satisfying. The room was clean and comfortable in general.
Disliked: The wooden floor was groaning a lot while walking in the room.The enterance of the room was smelling bad which I already informed to the reception as well.

Liked: Location perfect for Albert Hall and museums and close to Tube. Felt safe around there. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was very average. Fruit and bread choice was poor, yogurt choice was limited, coffee was OK but would prefer plant based options over dairy.
