Liked: Everything from the welcome, to the tour, to the complimentary area, to the room, to the shower.
Disliked: Nothing.

Overpriced

Liked: The location was perfect - very close to the Leas and to various good restaurants. The room was spacious and nicely decorated with a comfy bed.
Disliked: The lack of communication re: change in facilities available due to Covid. Restaurant & bar both closed so no breakfast as described on booking. Instead a very limited menu of ?takeaway? style packed in a paper bag to which is pretty crap for £140/night. No coffee available either apart from Nescafé sachets. All fine but would?ve been nice to know this before booking as £ very high for this.

Nice but not the same..

Liked: The location and the rooms are very nice.
Disliked: One reason we returned was because the breakfast is lovely. However this is currently a takeaway arrangement and limited choice. Although you do find this out after booking, I thought the limited choice was disappointing. Especially as the cost for the night was still high.It is a lovely hotel but I don?t think I?ll be back until they can serve their normal lovely breakfast again

Clean, Comfortable Room, Hot shower

Liked: Great hotel, Covid secure with contactless checkin, I arrived after 9pm, the pre ordered breakfast was hot and delicious with a generous helping of fresh fruit, I was lucky with a Sunny day, so ate breakfast outside in the garden and explored the adjoining well maintained private park Recommended on price, location and facilities.
Disliked: Price, location, facilities - easy and quick WIFI access

Bad Experience - Never returning.

Liked: Location
Disliked: This was suppose to be a nice birthday treat and ended up a disaster. Upon arrival our room stank of Cigarettes and I suffer from bad Asthma so it was very uncomfortable. Despite speaking to Laura Sharma who was in charge she was not helpful, laughed down the phone when I explained the issue and did not provide a solution or even try to see if she could move me to another room. I was willing to pay more money to move and all she kept saying was were fully booked 8 don't know what else to say. The photos are deceiving, we had no headboard on the bed so it was very uncomfortable again to sleep on. The 1st day they missed off toast from my breakfast order and on the 2nd day it was burnt. One last thing the Hotel didn't even bother mentioning they had works going on so the entire building had scaffolding on it and that's all we could see from the window. I will not be coming back here.
