Liked: Great location - very comfortable stay. The staff member we dealt with was courteous and kind. Breakfast was excellent quality and served in a airy, spacious room. Bed was comfortable with a minimum of street noise.

Great location, exceptional customer service,...

Liked: The customer service from front of house assistant was exceptionally personable, the young gentleman was helpful and he made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.The room was spacious and the room facilities were good including the toiletry items eg shower gel, shampoo etc.The breakfast was excellent as were the menu choices.The only downside was our room was on the top floor ( level 3 ) and there was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up to our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
Disliked: Our room was on the top floor and we are elderly guests.

Our three night stay was...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of cereal, including gluten free and cooked breakfast menu. We had full English and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs (good size portions). Fresh coffee and other beverages available. Room (orchid) on first floor was large with king sized bed, sofa, tv, desk, large well equipped en suite and stunning view of rear garden. Cleanliness very good. There is no bar but alcohol and drinks can be ordered from reception and we had bottles of wine delivered to room. Reasonably priced. There are no ground floor bedrooms and no lift so hotel probably not suitable if you have mobility issues.
Disliked: A mini fridge in room would have nice but there is a chill cabinet in reception with free bottles of chilled water available.

Liked: Our host and breakfast waiter, Raj, was wonderful.Thoughtful and polite Raj was extremely helpful.The Relish is lucky to have him working there. Thank you Raj.

Comfortable stay in great location,...

Liked: Friendliness of staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed, lovely view, spacious room, good parking (reserved), great location.
Disliked: The duvet wasn’t wide enough to comfortably cover both of us; we had to turn it 90 degrees. The shower door didn’t close properly and the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly unless we removed the plug entirely.
