A decent Folkestone spot

Liked: Good location on a quiet street. Very welcoming. Modern decor, the bathroom looked like it'd had a very recent refurb and had a great shower. Welcome cake!!!!
Disliked: Breakfast finished quite early so I didn't end up having any which was a shame as it was included. Bed is not a standard double it was narrower and shorter so not a great nights sleep for two tall people! Parking is via permit so needs to be organised with the hotel, but quickly sorted at reception.

Liked: The host Raj was amazing, such a caring person. The property is like a boutique hotel. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Property can do with an uplift in the lobby and the stairs
