Liked: Lovely ambience, very old world and charming . Staff were attentive. Great location, we had a view of the river from our room.

We were very impressed by...

Liked: Staff were excellent. Dinner at the hotel was excellent, we were a party five adults with two young children. The waitresses on duty were above and beyond. The food was excellent. Beautiful building.
Disliked: The bathroom in the accessible room off the courtyard “looked” great. However the toilet didn’t flush away the paper and it looked like it was going to overflow. The sink stopper couldn’t be released so the water from the night before was still in the sink in the morning. Absolutely disgusting and in spite of the nice room, lovely bathrobe and soaps etc., we were very disappointed with the poor plumbing. What a shame in an otherwise good experience.
