Liked: The hotel needs updating. Its very dirty - dust pockets everywhere. Rooms are very old.

Disliked: We were originally in room 128 The room does not match the description on booking.com. The carpet was red and worn out to the point we could see the floor boards. There was massive dark stains all over the carpet,sofa and chairs in the room. There was urine stains in the bathroom and the room absolutely smelt. I asked the reception staff if we could move and she said no as there were no rooms. This is the same lady that told us to wait to check in whilst she sent text messages to her friends (please watch cctv). After 30 minutes she came to our room to inspect it and said there’s a room available but she can’t guarantee if it’s the same or not. I said I want to check first. It was completely different and matched what the booking showed. She also said that we booked a renovated room and an old room (this was not the case, we just booked two standard double rooms- with no other description). Upon booking, I sent a message to the hotel explaining that we have VIP guests are the rooms need to be good quality. I would never book again. I only managed to take one picture

Very happy and would stay...

Liked: Fab location. Very close to lots of shops and restaurants etc.
Disliked: This hotel is dated but clean and comfortable and suited my needs perfectly for a short overnight stay. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food.

awful experience.. Totally opposite of...

Liked: Good Location. easy to find
Disliked: When we walked in the room.. Had really bad smell.Room Decor was worse then 80s. very old Furniture. Mattress was awful and very uncomfortable. Had No toilet paper in the toilet. Lights wasn’t working in the toilet.Our check out time was 11.. at 9:45 we had staff member knocking at our door and asking for Deposits for extra stay. No Ac in the room, its was really hot.
