Disliked: The television was tiny and would not connect to the aerial so had no to to watch at all and the lampshade fell off the light on the night and was a glass could have killed someone

Disliked: Very dated. Management vaping in the reception office. Carpet in the room looked very unclean and not vacuumed. Duvet cover had a hole cut out of it. Short of staff.
