Beautiful historic property. Upkeep lacking.
Liked: Renovated historic hotel.
Disliked: Sadly, the property isn?t maintained as it should be?. coffee shop closed? restaurant closed ? Lobby bar stocked but never open ? rooftop bar furniture broken .. fountain not working ? planters empty.

Liked: The location was perfect!
Disliked: We had to have the sheets changed upon arrival. The water never got hot after waiting 15-20 minutes as suggested by staff.

Liked: The staff was friendly and doing what they could.
Disliked: Covid. It's just keeping everything barely open. The hotel is running half mast. It's really not their fault. But we all need to do a better job getting things rolling.

Liked: Perfect location. The front door and desk staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. The coffee shop just behind the front desk had a good selection, service was quick, and priced appropriately.
Disliked: Perhaps due to covid, but the on site restaurant was closed, as well as the main bar in the lobby. The roof top bar was open, but was very uninviting and had a very seedy ?exclusive? feel, as if my wife and I were crashing a private party (which we weren?t, I asked). It had a bit of a ?buy me drinky girl? vibe.
