Liked: Breakfast had a good variety of choice but was a little on the expensive side. The cafe behind the reception area is lovely with a friendly service. Location of the hotel was central and easy to walk around Town.
Disliked: Lift was slow and always breaking down. Room was not cleaned every day. Although Hotel lobby fresh and modern, rooms are slightly tired and need of a refresh.

We had a wonderful time,...
Liked: Sorry didn't eat breakfast here, opted for Edgar's.
Disliked: Maybe a mini refrigerator would have been nice to have, and we stayed in Room 910 and had to crawl under the desk to change plugs to have coffee because the plug that the keurig was plugged into didn't work. Maybe want to fix that...

Staff make you feel it's...
Liked: The staff at this hotel surpassed all ecpectstions. They were so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. Room and bed was really comfortable and the room, in fact the whole hotel, was well air-conditioned, Overall a comfortable and welcoming hotel in a great location for visiting Kelly Ingram Park and the Institute of Civil Rights which are a 10 minute walk straight up the road. I did not feel unsafe walking around that area of Birmingham at all during the day. We didn't go out in the evening so can't comment on that.
Disliked: Can't think of anything I didn't like.
