Liked: It’s a lovely pub in an amazing village. Arrived to see the end of the pub quiz and experience some of the community spirit!
Disliked: Breakfast starts at 0830 - I only noticed on the welcome instructions that it was possible to request an earlier breakfast just as I was leaving! I had to go to work on this occasion but perhaps I will stay again in future as a tourist and the 0830 breakfast will be perfect!

Lovely stay in pretty Alnmouth

Liked: Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Freshly prepared and well cooked.
Disliked: Bedroom and bathroom were really lovely. If I was being very critical I'd say mattress wasn't perfect for me.

Liked: Very good location, friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast and great mix of teas and coffees in room
Disliked: We were in room 7, which was an upgrade. Smallish room, with very squeaky wooden bed frame.
