Waste of over a 1000...

Liked: breakfast always good, coffee could be much hotter
Disliked: the theft of my medication, I had been to hillingdon hosp with a severe lung infection, was given antibiotics to last 10 day, also had 14 days of my heart medication in si9de pocket of my suitcase, both sets of meds got disappeared, I informed management, who adamant no employee of his could of been involved.had to go back and spend a day at hillingdon hosp to get replacement, Most impressed with hosp and boots the chemist at chimes in uxbridge Ive stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years, found food and staff excellent, NOT this time, which will be the lastwate3d

Really nice hotel, would definitely...

Liked: Really good breakfast, lovely staff, beautiful historic feel to the hotel and the immediate surroundings.
Disliked: Car parking fairly limited, but fortunately there is free onstreet parking directly round the corner (outside of Mon-Fri 10am-4pm).

Lovely hotel with lots of...

Liked: Such a lovely historic building and beautifully renovated. The bed was comfy, everywhere was spotlessly clean, nice powerful shower and plentiful hot water. Breakfast choice was quite extensive and the food was good. The staff are great, everyone was helpful, polite and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.
