Great airport retreat

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful in the hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp. Tea, coffee,water and milk were provided. A shirt ten minute Uber to Heathrow terminal 3.

Liked: The hotel and rooms were excellent.Only criticism the room could have had brighter bedside lamps which would have enabled us to assist in reading.But otherwise all good and the .standard of food was also very good

Liked: All the staff we dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and well equipped. We didn't try the restaurant, but the prices looked to be good value and the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Car parking was limited but with the help of the manageress, we found a spot.

Liked: Some really nice touches included in the price of the room. Complementary 1st drink at the bar (normal price =£20 )and freshly cooked English breakfast (prices vary from hotel to hotel) that considered, it was excellent value for money, friendly staff and very clean
