A good location but a...

Liked: The location is great for Luton and its well lit area is safer than some areas. It is definitely central.
Disliked: The staff said and I quote: "Have you stayed here before? No, well you havent missed anything." As entrees go its a bit of an own goal reputation wise.The ground floor reaks of damp, stay clear of any room on the ground floor.

one of the worst

Disliked: Bathroom has mould in it, room and bathroom has a strong smell of mould. It was very loud in the room, not because of airplains, but you can hear everything whats happening in the corridor. Doors dos not shut properly, when doors opened in other rooms our doors starts banging all the time.Also I had been contacted with the host before we came to hotel for 1 hour earlier check-in, it was confirmed, but when we arrived reception asked to pay extra 10 pound for that.Its more MOTEL than hotel. Room requires not even cleaning but some maintenance too...

Room ok area too noisy.

Liked: Location was near to where we needed to be room was comfortable enough staff were pleasant
Disliked: It was very noisy up until 5am from a near by venue. And the car park for the property which was under our window attracted some undesirable people through the early hours having an altercation. We left the property much earlier than we intended to. Due to being awake.
