Unresponsive staff and terrible standards

Liked: It is a central location close to the railway station and buses to the airport
Disliked: Staff were unresponsive and locked the pub up before I could check in. Despite me calling ahead to check the latest I could check and asking for a late check in on booking.com. When I did get their attention I was led to a room with a leaking toilet. When they eventually changed my room, the room was basic and dirty, towel rail hanging of the wall and fan broken in the bathroom. I had dirty linen and towels but by this point staff had locked up and left. Overall a really poor experience, I would not recommend at all!

Disliked: The room was dusty and the bed cover had stains and also the bathroom when you turn the lights on, had a very very load noise had to use the bathroom is the lights off cause of the nose

It’s cheap for a reason

Liked: Clean bedding and towels…. Comfy bed
Disliked: Laid in bed at 0100 writing this with modern Indian music (therefore created by Red Lion) bouncing off the walls. Maybe different during the week but no sleep whatsoever so far. No wifi signal during whole stay and furniture in a poor state (no knobs just screws sticking through)

Very disappointing for the money...

Liked: Only redeeming quality was the room had a bath tub
Disliked: There was constant noise from other guests in the hallways and other rooms, was provided a guest book with nothing inside it, not given WiFi access

Nightmare

Liked: Nothing, it was by far the worst place I ever stayed
Disliked: It was dirty, swapped 3 rooms. Blood stayed bedsheets in the first room and dirty toilet, used bedsheets in the second room and dirty toilet carpets etc and the third room had a massive water leak in the bathroom and no electricity
