Disliked: There wasn’t anything not to like

Disliked: Our room wasn’t a very good location no light, little privacy.

Suite photos are misleading -...

Liked: Great location and comfortable room
Disliked: The website photos are extremely misleading. We booked a suite that included a balcony and the listing photos showed expansive mountain views. We thought we would be able to sit and enjoy the view. Nope. The suite was ground floor and balcony had views to the mountains- behing the entire parking lot from your "balcony" on a much lower grade than where cars were parked in front. It was a major disappointment.

Staff was friendly, property was...

Liked: Cleanliness, staff was friendly, rooms were well stocked and housekeeping did a great.
Disliked: The $20 a day parking fee was unacceptable, will not be first choice of places to stay in the future. Also, restrooms by the pool were out of service which made it very inconvenient for families with little ones.

Liked: Perfect location in Zion, its actually a Marriott. So might get confused when you check in or look for it

Liked: I found a charge on my card for breakfast except that we didn’t have breakfast. They fixed it but I still don’t how or why that occurred. We never used the restaurant???
Disliked: process of fixing the card issue. Unsatisfactory answers.

Exceptional

Liked: This place is gorgeous, very luxurious and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Overprized, look for something else...

Liked: Overprized compared to what you received. The bathroom had a particular smell. Housekeeping was rare. In addition to a steep room rate, they also charged for parking.
