The Red Cliffs Lodge Zion A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Beautiful setting, poor service.

Liked: Beautiful setting, convenient location naar the entrance of Zion NP.
Disliked: When we book a room for a company of 4, we expect to find a room prepared for 4, even when it’s just a room with a kingsize bed and a couch. They clearly were expecting only 2 of us. And as an answer to our request to provide missing sheets for the couch, we found a dirtbag with the sheets on the couch. Making the bed seemed to much of an effort. And before the situation with the sheets they allready made the genereus gesture to offer us two breakfasts for free, although breakfast was included in our booking. What we had to explain and prove once more at breakfast the next day. Not my kind of hospitality.

Liked: The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Location is great, walking distance to restaurants and gift shops. Breakfast was great.

Liked: Very beautiful lodge and well placed in Springdale. The rooms were nice and clean, the swimming pool was good and we could enjoy after the long walks in the canyon.
Disliked: There was no kettle in the room.

Liked: Great location. Hotel was clean, rustic and had a modern vibe. Would highly recommend. Close to restaurants and Zion transportation.

Nice, but expensive.

Liked: The room was really nice.
Disliked: No microwave in the room. There were a few mishaps, but everything was solved after complaining. I do not recommend the breakfast (only à la carte), way overpriced. The $17 avocado toast contained about a 1/4 avocado.
