Liked: Charming place, well cared for, great staff, very clean
Disliked: Did not like the Old Orchard Beach scene. It will probably keep me from coming again

overall OK stay. We only...

Liked: clean room, private entrance, not far to OOB activities
Disliked: weird set up, bathroom not connected, on street side so noisy and bright streetlights, train is nearby and loud, could use blackout curtains near the bed

Nice stay

Liked: Directly at the beachfront, nice room
Disliked: Curtains directly next to the bed would be nice. There was a street and railways next to the apartment, so it was a bit noisy
