Liked: customer service good at registery and guys at valet
Disliked: The bathtub in the room was very slippery and felt dangerous - we think a no slip mat would have helped. We could not take a shower.

At $145/per night, breakfast and parking should be included.
Liked: Beautiful hotel. Excellent, pretty location. Extra plus for the Starbucks in the lobby area!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast which is normally served as part of your stay at other hotels. Valet to park at the hotel was $15 per night extra. Never heard of that.

I'd come back but probably...
Liked: The hotel was beautiful and all was great.
Disliked: They were CROWDED in the lobby and hallways. NOBODY besides staff were wearing masks. I felt like it could be a cesspool of germs during a pandemic. Disappointing that wearing masks wasn't stressed more. There were stickers on the ground near the check in desk but nobody was following them and I wish staff could have reminded people to follow guidelines.

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel in a central location. I opted to park on street and had to move my car a couple times, but I prefer that over having to wait for valet parking. We opted for the traditional, more expensive room, but it was so elegant, comfortable, and gorgeous so was worth it. We had to stay an extra night, over New Year's Eve, because of bad weather in our home destination. But we didn't mind one bit! The only issue I had, which is not the fault of the hotel or its staff, is that some guests would not respect the mask policy and tried to get in the elevator with us without mask, but I wasn't going to let them. We also loved the tour of the haunted room.
Disliked: other guests following covid mandates.
