Liked: customer service good at registery and guys at valet
Disliked: The bathtub in the room was very slippery and felt dangerous - we think a no slip mat would have helped. We could not take a shower.

At $145/per night, breakfast and parking should be included.
Liked: Beautiful hotel. Excellent, pretty location. Extra plus for the Starbucks in the lobby area!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast which is normally served as part of your stay at other hotels. Valet to park at the hotel was $15 per night extra. Never heard of that.

Liked: We absolutely loved the Read House! The staff were fabulous, the room was sumptuous and silent (we opted to upgrade), the bartender superb, and we loved the location. We'd never been to Chattanooga and intended to only stay a single night, but the Read House was so fantastic, we opted to stay an extra night. It was also great value given the level of luxury, space, and service.
Disliked: The gym could be improved - it's a bit dated and lacking in weights. The bar is also a bit small and we weren't always able to get a seat.
