Liked: customer service good at registery and guys at valet
Disliked: The bathtub in the room was very slippery and felt dangerous - we think a no slip mat would have helped. We could not take a shower.

At $145/per night, breakfast and parking should be included.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Excellent, pretty location. Extra plus for the Starbucks in the lobby area!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast which is normally served as part of your stay at other hotels. Valet to park at the hotel was $15 per night extra. Never heard of that.

If you love hotels with...

Liked: I like the location, I could walk to the main attractions in Chattanooga and coffee shops. The hotel has an interesting history. The lobby feels like you are part of an Agatha Christie's novel. It has valet parking which is convenient but you have to pay. The rates are in line with parking lots near by.
Disliked: The part of the hotel that I stayed is a little bit worn out. The bathroom tub has been patched with white paint where there were worn out parts. The hotel was clean though, and there was a very nice handyman keeping things running. The feel of the hotel may not be for everybody.

Wonderful staycation for us and...

Liked: Loved the location, interior décor, and music in the lounge areas. Really liked that you didn't have to leave the hotel to enjoy food and drinks. The room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Would have liked to purchase some sparkling water but didn't see that it was available. The bed was not super comfortable, wish it would have been a memory foam and not springs. The pillows did not support my head, they were very floppy.
