Liked: customer service good at registery and guys at valet
Disliked: The bathtub in the room was very slippery and felt dangerous - we think a no slip mat would have helped. We could not take a shower.

At $145/per night, breakfast and parking should be included.
Liked: Beautiful hotel. Excellent, pretty location. Extra plus for the Starbucks in the lobby area!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast which is normally served as part of your stay at other hotels. Valet to park at the hotel was $15 per night extra. Never heard of that.

Great lobby
Liked: Beautiful lobby and interior, comfortable room, stunning bathroom. Cosy bar and great valet staff..
Disliked: Gap under room door onto main corridor. Smell of hemp in corridor. Couldn't access any external space as garden is events only.

Wonderful
Liked: I love the nostalgia and the fact this hotel has been operating non- stop since 1872 is astounding. Beautiful and comfortable. I was actually visiting for work on this latest trip but next time I will make the trip with my husband. I want visit the Aquarium and the Hunter Museum. This hotel is not only beautiful but it's in a fantastic location. Even though you pay for parking it is valet parking so why not? The guys are very quick to get your vehicle. There is a Starbucks and an upscale restaurant called the Chop House you can also order decent food from the bar. You can also take a walk and explore other local restaurants that offer different menus and local shops because of its location. I LOVE this place.
Disliked: There is nothing I didn't like about this place.
