It was pleasent.

Liked: Location perfect and the staff were lovely. Friendly.Rooms comfortable & very clean.Access was perfect with a key card. Check-in & out very easy being online.
Disliked: Thought the food was a bit pricy. When paying by card I didnt like feeling pressured into leaving a tip and then having to choose the % value of that tip. I appreciate I could have pressed the NO button but the staff member operating the till is standing right there.

Lovely accommodation, excellent staff and...

Liked: It was really close to ravenscraig. Lovely quiet area. Great for a solo or family trip. Peaceful location while still in a built up area and felt really secure.
