They don’t have a back...

Liked: The area and the fact that we were minutes from our daughter, were the only positives about this property.
Disliked: They don’t have a back entrance; you park in a dimly lit garage and walk around the building. Our room smelled musty, like my Great Aunts home. My pillow cases had dots of blood on them and the staff asked if they could fix this by giving me member points. Seriously?

Liked: Amazing staff courteous and welcoming. Food was excellent loved the atmosphere. Our only place to stay in Kansas City now!

Disappointing

Liked: Beautiful old hotel. I've stayed there several times. Staff was great at check in.
Disliked: Internet wasn't working. Only one elevator operating caused long delays. Restaurant for breakfast was awful. Staff didn't know what they were doing, food wasn't very good either. Disappointed, quality of service has gone way down. Probably won't stay there again.

Disliked: Room view. No pool. Not at all what I expected for my money. Even the floor in our room was slanted and in the bathroom, I kid you not, was the type of toilet you find in a school locker room! Room view out of all windows was either the parking garage or a great view of a large a/c unit or some sort of generator. Opened up the sleeper sofa and was greeted by a spider.
