Liked: Close to the town and food delicious. Breakfast and main meal
Disliked: Think in the room they can give you my information. WiFi code breakfast information and times they are serving food.

Liked: Quite area, loads of parking, great garden and exterior, excellent staff, brilliant restaurant and bar, superb dinner and breakfasts, good range of drinks. Great shower in a very well fitted, modern en-suite.
Disliked: Small room and bed, some dated features particularly stairs and landings.

Liked: Room was comfortable - fairly small but well equipped with a good shower. We had a small balcony so we could sit outside which was nice in the warm weather. Close to the road so a bit noisy but it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was good with some interesting choices on the menu. Good size car park.

I would stay here again....
Liked: It was nice to have a bath rather than just a shower.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Good parking facilities.Nice, quiet location.Bright, airy room with plenty of windows.A very comfortable bed.Good to have two chairs rather than someone has to sit on the bed.
Disliked: Bit too far to walk into Southwold. No refrigerator in the room.
