Hotel public areas were good. Morse bar was good. Parking was a bit dear, but OK. Breakfast was as expected, but my room let it all down.

Disliked: Room view wasn't! Room was less quality than what I expected for the money. In fact, I am sure I was given an ordinary room.

Liked: I booked this for my in laws for a gift. They loved the hotel and said the staff were lovely and very helpful.Whilst booking this trip I had to request certain requirements for the room due to mobility issues. The reception were very helpful and were able to accommodate all requests.
Disliked: The only complaint was the breakfast. There was plenty of continental breakfast choices but for the cooked breakfast there was a lot of waiting around. It wasn't just my in laws. They said there were a good few people waiting.
