The Randolph Hotel by Graduate Hotels, Oxford

Hotel public areas were good. Morse bar was good. Parking was a bit dear, but OK. Breakfast was as expected, but my room let it all down.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room view wasn't! Room was less quality than what I expected for the money. In fact, I am sure I was given an ordinary room.

Perfect stay in Oxford

Liked: Great location, lovely room and decoration, good equipment, very clean. Access provided for a gym (need to walk 8mn though) as there isn't one in the hotel. Very nice staff.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that the spa closes at 4:30 pm and it was not mentioned anywhere but on the other side we had been able to book a slot for the day after.

Disliked: Car parking cost was unfairly high

almost perfect except broken sleep.

Liked: great location, well appointed Architecture and decoration
Disliked: room door (Room 150) extremely un sound proof. allowing corridor noise at all hours, quite disturbing.

Disliked: having two elevators to 4th floor may have been helpful. and ice machine for guests.

Lovely few days and exceptional...

Liked: Location was perfect close to all the sights and within easy walking distance of attractions.Room was small but exceptionally clean and comfortable, with nice traditional decor.Breakfast in the Alice was delicious, the room was not busy and we had a table overlooking the street and it was nice to eat watching the world go by.Staff were welcoming and friendly, great service.
Disliked: Would have liked some more white wines on the bar menu ie Pinot Grigio.

Disliked: Lovely hotel, nicely furnished and decorated, spoilt only by Air con not working and some items at breakfast ( like Porridge ) being charged at an eyewatering £10 !! Bit tacky in my view and totally unnecessary.

Very good

Liked: Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful location and building. The breakfast is delicious and amazing, there is so much food to choose from. Room is massive and the bathroom is incredible. Bed were so comfy.
Disliked: Our room was really far away from the entrance a long walk away, not sure why we were put there as the hotel was definitely not full. The spa is quite small and rhe jacuzzi didn't work one night which was disappointing when we had paid for a "spa break". No gym, they do give you a gym pass to a gym in town which is a 15 minute walk away however not the same as having on in the building. The room is really cool but the decoration is a bit crazy, a lot of clashes of patterns.
