Nothing easy here

Liked: It’s in a nice location close to a lot of restaurants and amenities.
Disliked: The staff treats you like you’re a burden. The lobby turns into a bar that’s very crowded in the evening and you’ll have issues getting anything there. We were scolded and moved around the room several times by different employees with different ideas where we should stand while waiting for a seat. The windows in the room are huge but ours were directly across from apartments that you can see right into so you need to keep the blinds closed. The shower leaked horribly and there’s no where to put your suitcase in the room. Not for seasoned travelers but more gimmicky.

Disliked: I think guests with a car should pay a one-time fee. Not $35 dlls every single time we would go to the hotel.

Liked: - Room was very clean- Very comfortable bed- The lobby is a very nice space to work in (available when Death and Co. isn't in service). Lots of natural light.- Espresso bar downstairs was good, and if you buy a drip coffee it comes with unlimited refills (use wisely)
Disliked: - The iPad/sound system wasn't working in our room- We were only able to find 1 suitcase rack, that's miss for this category of hotel- Room was a little smaller than we expected and didn't have a desk- It's in the arts district which is a trendy area, but to us it didn't really feel like a walkable area
