Great place to stay

Liked: Julia was lovely, couldn't do enough for us. Garage round the back to keep bikes safe. The facilities were everything you could need or expect. The room was modern, clean and airy. Bathroom was small but modern and v clean. Breakfast was as much as you can eat. Cereals, porridge, jams, marmalades, pb, marg, breads, teas and coffee. Even a microwave to cook your evening meal from the co-op or premier shop just round corner if you don't fancy fish and chips from over the bridge.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The friendly helpful owner .had an issue that was resolved ..the apartment was very clean and spacious easy access friendly bar.we were even left food for us after a long day out.good help yourself breakfast

Liked: Central, room over looked the river which was fantastic.Very comfortable and clean
Disliked: Strong smell of damp on entry, I was really worried when I first opened the door and it hit me but other than that the place is nipping clean!

Disliked: Breakfast room only fit for two people at a time and six arrived at same time. Maybe have trays and suggest guest return to room to eat breakfast?

Great relaxing stay

Liked: Nice comfortable stay , Stayed in John Martin suite . Nice views and sounds from the river made sleeping easy and relaxing . Probably the best shower I have ever had in a hotel stay . It nearly thrown me out the bathroom it was that powerful .
