Liked: The location was beautiful and accommodation was everything you would expect from a country pub. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable and food exceptional.
Disliked: We unfortunately stayed during a heatwave (35c on day or arrival), and our room was unbearably hot. It was honestly hotter inside than it was outside. The fan provided was awful and provided no relief whatsoever. I understand we can not control the effects of the weather, but investing in better quality fans would have made the entire experience a lot more pleasant. I think I slept for about two hours because it was too hot in the room and wanted to leave as soon as possible in the morning just to get some air. The pipes ran underneath our room, so it felt like we had underfloor heating on constantly, which just added to the whole sauna experience.Having said all of that, I would definitely stay again...Just not in a heatwave!

Everything was as described. Easily...

Liked: Beautiful and quiet location, but not far from main towns etc. lovely rooms with modern bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing!
