Simply wonderful

Liked: Elegant facade, quirky yet chic lobby, beautiful rooftop bar, comfortable and spacious room. Felt like a Wes Anderson film set :)Danielle at the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. We loved her! She put our experience over the top into “exceptional” territory. Valet staff was great, too.
Disliked: Loved the shower and bath products… Only complaint is there is no hand held shower, just the overhead. It was fine but for a well designed boutique hotel like this, it would add to the luxury shower experience.

Disliked: Valet was slow but accommodating. The restaurant closes way too early. I had to walk to find food around 9:30.

Liked: The building, size and equipment of the room and the cocktail bar with the jazz band
Disliked: Nothing

Great spot for a weekend...

Liked: the staff and management were extremely understanding when we found some personal items left behind in our room. when we reported the items to the front desk staff they applied a discount and then another discount was applied later by the manager when the staffer told them what occurred. i was very pleased with their attentiveness and willingness to make the situation right with us.
Disliked: There were some intimate personal items left behind in our room..
