Liked: our room was spotless, had everything you would need from an ironing board to a hairdryer, even some interesting books on the shelves, very helpful and friendly staff, streetcar stop right outside the front door, wonderful complimentary breakfast that offered bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. the price was very reasonable for the three of us. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting.
Disliked: the bar prices seemed a bit high but turns out they weren't that expensive compared to places on Bourbon. I really didn't have any complaints.

Solid budget option

Liked: We just stayed one night due to a flight delay so I would defer to people who stayed longer. It was a great price for the area, which is in a central location close to many restaurants, a 15 min walk or 5 min streetcar to the french quarter. There is a bar in the ground floor, but we didn’t get a chance to spend time there. Room was small, just big enough for a bunkbed and small bathroom, if you are looking for something cheap and basic in a convenient location, this is a solid option.
Disliked: Mattresses and curtains had stains, but the facilities were fine. Our room was just a bunk bed and a bathroom, so if you are looking for something fancier you may want to find another option.
