Liked: Location and price. also the beds were awesome. Slept great.

It was a fantastic place...

Liked: The location was great as street cars frequently came back and forth outside the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful offering recommendations and tips for our stay, all in all this was a fantastic room nice and clean and great for travelling!

Liked: Clean, comfortable, great staff. Quiet area that's nice to walk around, but not far from the center of New Orleans.

Could have been wonderful but...

Liked: The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was amazing and very clean. The location was great for walking and exploring the city of New Orleans. Nice restaurants. Wonderful places to eat. Streetcar passing by, wonderful location.
Disliked: No refrigerator or microwave in the room. No private parking. I had to park on the street, although there were no casualties. What could have been an overall wonderful experience was ruined by people who were above me that behaved very badly. Loud talking, profanity at one point. Constant walking and things falling on the floor. The last night I was here it's 3:30 am and these people are constantly walking and talking. It seems they never sleep. I complained the previous night and one of the staff did go up to their room. I was told they didn't answer the door and that was that. I doubt if I ever come here again.
