Room comfortable, no soap, disappointing...

Liked: Overall the room was nice. Though the bar of soap was missing in the bathroom. The breakfast was extremely disappointing! There was bagels, bread to toast, apples juice and pancakes. Hardly much of a selection and to make it worse the pancakes were awful! They tasted like they were microwaved. They were already prepared in advance and weren't warm. There should be a way to make your own. We couldn't even cut them with a fork and there weren't any knives available. I don't consider myself a picky person, but I do expect soap in the bathroom and it took awhile for housekeeping to bring us a bar. Also if your going to provide a continental breakfast, it would be nice to have a bit of a variety and pancakes that are edible.
Disliked: Having soap in the bathroom and fluffy pancakes.
