Very good

Liked: I booked a single room which was small but adequate. It was a hot day and night so was grateful to find a fan in the wardrobe, which made for a more comfortable evening and night.

Smelling /Odour

Liked: It’s got a good parking space
Disliked: The room I was allocated was smelling and I had to request for another room , still I got the worst smell in the room again. Their service is too poor

Liked: Parking and staffs
Disliked: 43 Bed is not comfortable

Superb

Liked: Great location, friendly attentive staff.
Disliked: The room was a bit warm, we were unable to leave a window open as we were on the ground floor and there was no latch on the window. Other than that everything was great

Liked: Very good room. Had a bit of difficulty with the shower. Very difficult to turn on and off
Disliked: Food disappointing. Went for breakfast ( extra £9.50) at 8 am only one piece of bacon cold, one sausage cold no eggs or fries just a few well done chips? More food came later still only warm.Evening just had two starters butterfly prawns....no sign of prawns just fluffy stuff. Chicken kebabs good.with glass of prosecco £18.

Awful I would never rebook...

Liked: It was close to our venue but other than that nothing.
Disliked: The rooms were so old fashioned. One of our group had to move to another hotel during the night as the room was full of bugs. We waited over an hour and a half for a very basic dinner despite booking and being the only table, they had run out of ingredients and went out to purchase without telling us. I asked for a refund for the room we couldn’t use and I was promised the manager would call me, which he hasn’t.

Budget friendly

Liked: Very low price, clean and comfortable. Shower was great - hot with good water pressure. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Didn't request to exchange rooms though so can't comment on how that would have been handled.
