Liked: Everything! And the way all the staff were was exceptional we will definitely remember our visit. Nothing was ever any trouble first class service with all the bells and whistles

Liked: Lovely characterful hotel in a quiet but still pretty central location
Disliked: No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.As the weather was very warm a small fridge to store chilled water would have been really helpful.

Delightful! Already booked for next...

Liked: The whole experience was lovely, the staff were professional and efficient whilst also being friendly. Room service was impeccable. Breakfast was a delight, nothing was rushed. Whilst there were no tea making facilities in the room, we paid a small charge and had it put in our room for the duration of our stay. Suffice it to say we have booked again for next year, same rooms.
Disliked: This is purely personal and I mention it only to help others. The bath (which I requested) whilst being beautiful and in keeping with the hotel, was very deep, and I struggled a little with that, but in the overall experience it was nothing.
