Liked: Free parking and close to seafront. Breakfast was great and staff all very friendly! Went with my daughter who loved the pool. Great value for money may well come back.

Disliked: Mattress was damaged.It was obvious the No Smoking in the rooms was being ignored, cigarette butts outside the window and the corridor stank of cigarrette smoke.Very noisey guest above.

Disliked: The whole experience, I was given a room with cracks in the ceiling and the seagulls got into the room and woke me up at 5am. There was a distinctive smell in the room made me feel sick and stains on the chairs and the mattress was yellow with bed bugs. The shower was cold also as well so I decided to leave the room with immediate effect the next day and requested a full refund which is still being processed back into my bank account and one of the receptionist’s from Birmingham was rude to me and said well you knew what you were booking why did you book it? How dare she I had no idea I was going to be given a room in that state. The receptionist tried to offer another uncleaned room but I refused to be there any longer.

Lovely weekend break

Liked: Great facilities,very relaxed welcoming atmosphere,very good entertainment and really good food choices.Catered for special dietary needs,cooking a meal to accommodate not on the main menu,thank you.Excellent value for money.
Disliked: The only small downside,which is a personal preference was the pillows were flat and seemed hard,not the most comfortable to sleep on,also room needed TLCThough frosted glass in the bathroom there was no privacy blind or curtain to block out silhouette, looking in from outside.

Disliked: Radiator in room was difficult to manage ...temp either hot or cold... spring inside controller difficult to set!
