the stay itself was great

Liked: I liked that the hotel had a swimming pool, parties and a pool table
Disliked: I didn't like the breakfast because the portions were small and the quality was small, the room was small and not thoroughly cleaned and the sugar containers were not refilled with coffee and cookies.

Liked: The Queen's is a lovely place stay great value for money in a great location. I stayed on Friday 12th April & my room had been upgraded & wanted to do the same for the following nights but wasn't available. The room I was in had no net curtains so not much privacy! And kept getting biten by something when in bed,so I left Sunday evening to go home as I couldn't stand it.
Disliked: Should of upgrading to a double room as much better bigger cleaner in a double than a single but not so cheaper. I use to stay here quiet a lot as it was a lovely hotel has slipped a bit.

Liked: On arrival I'd been informed I'd been upgraded to a double room which was a lovely brilliant surprise,I've not stayed for a while but always used to a lot. There was no complimentary coffee/tea on arrival there use to be. Everything else was super.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.
