Comfortable

Liked: Room and breakfast excellent.
Disliked: Asked for a sea view when I arrived if it was possible. Fortunately it was, but unfortunately an extra £50 per night.

Excellent staff

Liked: Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the plumbing, which was sorted efficiently and without fuss. We ate in the hotel and were really pleased. The hotel was located near great little pub The Lugger. Please try excellent food.
Disliked: Little dated in places but it seems renovations are under foot but this shouldn't put you off.

Liked: parking good and breakfast good (early start )convenient to portroom quiet
Disliked: telephone didnt seem to work, had to go downstairs to book wake up call and wake up was manual (knock on door which was fine)

Good Value for money.

Liked: The restaurant meals were well priced and very nice. A good selection choice at Breakfast and dinner A lovely day lounge to sit and have an afternoon drink with great views of the ocean.Guest car parking.
Disliked: Shower had to run for 10 minutes before hot water came through TV remote broken. Had to Google manual instructions to operate.Beds were ok but could be better.No fridge.

Very good

Liked: asked for a twin room with a sea view, got a family room which was excellent, really good hotel just needs a bit spending on it in the way of painting and decorating Great position and staff were brilliant
Disliked: needs a coat of paint and decorating
