The Queens Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at the Queens Hotel. The room we had looked out over the river - it was spotless and the room was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable, which meant a good night's sleep was had. The breakfast the next day was delicious and well worth the additional cost. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and keen to help. Only problem was the cost of the NCP Parking which cost us £18. We had booked hotel parking but due to flooding this option wasn't available. No criticism at all with the hotel.

Perfectly located hotel with well...

Liked: Spacious room with a view over the river. Pleasant guest Lounge with a view over the river.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little 'tired'. For example, the sink was cracked but still functional. The enamel bath was chipped, but it was still functional. There are three bars facing the hotel from across the river, creating a lot of noise in the late evenings.
