Liked: I cannot rate the hotel highly enough. Staff were helpful and friendly; service was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Leeds now.
Disliked: That we didn't make our stay longer!

Liked: The room we were given overlooked building work. We asked to change to a room at the front of the hotel and they gave us a room upgrade to accommodate this. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: Explaining when booking about the building work outside the rear of the hotel

Lovely hotel, great location.

Liked: The hotel was well presented, the rooms were nice, and the staff were really helpful. The gym was also a great bonus and I appreciated having it available for use.
Disliked: The main light being the big mirror was a little unnerving, but absolutely fine once I realised. There were two lamps though and that was perfectly adequate for lighting.
