We attended a weddind at...

Great hotel. But some staff...

Liked: Very comfortable and in a perfect location to visit the Royal Albert Hall. Staff were friendly too.
Disliked: Rooms were a little small. And breakfast charge seemed to vary with different staff. One member told me that I would get a discount if we booked two mornings. Less than £80. At the end of the stay, another member tried to charge us £90. But we ended paying £80 which was the normal price.

Lovely Hotel in a beautiful...

Liked: Lovely hotel in a wonderful location for London, a short walk to Hyde Park, the National History Museum and The Royal Albert Hall. Also very close to Kensington Palace and high street so plenty to do in the area. London has changed in times but we felt very safe in this area and had no concerns, it was very easy to hail a cab or uber too.Staff are wonderful and attentive, so helpful and welcoming. Room and bathroom were spotless, smaller rooms but expected for london we still felt we had plenty of space. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant so can’t comment here.
Disliked: Only thing I would have liked would be a kettle in the room for tea, a lovely coffee machine but can’t make a decent tea with that and not everyone is a coffee drinker. Mini bar was well stocked but very pricey for the items inside.

Superb

Liked: Great location right next to Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens and Natural History Museum / Science Museum. Pretty close to bus and underground stations. Nice and helpful hotel staff. Comfortable bed. Daily refill of mineral water, coffee and tea.
Disliked: Not many gluten-free / milk-free breakfast items. Entrance corridor in the room was pretty narrow, especially when using the wardrobe. No wall hooks in the corridor and only a single hook in the bathroom.
